A woman just returned from holiday and found 10 cats belonging to her and her neighbour poisoned to death.

According to Kosmo, the incident occurred on Feb 6 at the Taman Saujana Puchong housing estate in Selangor.

Wan, 49, said before she left for her holiday in Johor on Feb 2, she asked her neighbour to help feed her four cats.

On Feb 3, she said she received a call from her friend informing her that two of her cats were vomiting blood and were later found dead nearby.

When she got home on Feb 5, her neighbour informed her that their cats were missing.

The next day, they found eight cats which belonged to them dead, probably a few days ago.

"I believe the cats were poisoned as they were bleeding from their mouths," she said.

Wan, along with other neighbours have since lodged a police report.
