A motorcyclist crashed into a car which had broken down and left on the road near Felda Nitar in Mersing. Upset that the owner had left his car on the road without pushing it to the side, some passers-by decided to take the law into their own hands. Together, they lifted the car and pushed it to the side, badly damaging it in the process. So, who is to blame for something like this? Maybe the driver was a woman who could not do anything and had gone to get help? Rather than damaging the car this way, the men could have at least placed warning signs or something to alert motorists. Is this something which we as Malaysians should be proud of? Ali Lasim Mersing
