A commotion broke out in Desa Pandan recently after city council officers seized a burger stall which was operating illegally along the road there.

Netizens however have since expressed mixed reactions over the incident, with some saying it was unnecessary since the guys were just trying to make an honest living.

On the other hand, others felt that the law was the law, no matter what.

Some said it was unreasonable to crack down on locals trying to earn a living when there were so many foreigners doing all kinds of illegal things in the country.

What do you think? Should the authorities just turn a blind eye to those trying to earn a living, as long as they do not disrupt traffic or cause any other problems?
