Can you really cope with the load, Poslaju?

Is Poslaju facing a manpower crisis because the late deliveries seem to suggest so. Pic via web.

I think it’s about time Poslaju come clean that it is unable to cope with its delivery load. And do something about it.

For some time now, I have heard and read nothing but complaints about Poslaju’s services, especially with regards to missing delivery deadlines.

By the way, is Poslaju still using the “Dijamin sampai esok” tagline?

If it is, then better change it to lusa (the day after tomorrow) or something.

Take a look at its social media page and you will find numerous complaints of late delivery.

I myself have had gone through this experience three times already this year.

Two were delivered late (one by three days because of the weekend) while one more I had to drive to it’s Batu Caves collection centre because it failed to arrive during delivery hours.

Two of those I did not bother that much because the document and item were not needed urgently.

But the one urgent document that was sent from Penang to Selayang arrived only two days later.

Oddly enough, all of these items were deposited at post offices by 10am.

From a conversation I had with a Poslaju delivery guy who was sitting next to my table recently, it seems that it is facing a shortage of delivery riders.

If that is the case, do not assure customers that our items can be sent within the next day.

Many of us are waiting for these items for urgent use.

That is why we use your courier service, which guarantees us delivery by the next day, not two days or three days.

Either that or please invest in hiring more delivery hands.

Your guys now can’t cope and it’s really a pitiful situation.
