These are the kind of cops we want.

Recently, a police patrol car stopped to give a mother and the baby she was holding a lift during a downpour.

The incident occurred in Gelang Patah, Johor about 5pm.

A Facebook user who witnessed it wrote about it and I think it is something which should be applauded.

The couple and their baby were riding in the rain when the cops stopped and offered to give the woman and baby a lift to their destination.

The patrol car was apparently from IPD Iskandar Puteri.

Hats off to these cops. This is the kind of thing that helps restore our confidence in the men in blue.

Apart from fighting crime, it is also their duty to help the people in need, in any kind of situation.

We all know how easily a baby can fall sick and thanks to these cops, this little one got a safe, dry ride.

Keep up the good work PDRM!
