A man in China booked a car using his ride-sharing app only to be picked up by an ambulance minutes later.

The driver of the ambulance, with the words "Shanghai First Aid" insisted that this was the ride and so the man and his friends got into the back.

According to Chinatimes. there was no medical equipment inside and they were all dropped off at their homes without any problem.

It was later clarified that the ambulance was newly bought and was to be delivered by the company concerned.

Turns out the driver who was assigned to send the ambulance over, found it harmless to pick up passengers along the way and make some extra bucks.
