A case of daylight robbery in Klang which was caught on camera last month has been making waves across social media recently.

The 47-second CCTV footage which was recorded from a house in Taman Gembira, Klang on June 14, showed two men brazenly robbing a woman of her belongings after ambushing her car.

The men who were in a 'beat up' Proton Iswara appeared to have forced the Perodua Kancil driven by the victim to stop before one of them proceeded to threaten the victim before opening her car door.

While the victim attempted to drive off, the second accomplice appears to open the unlocked passenger door before attempting to steal her hand bag.

The victim who somehow resisted also managed to alight from her vehicle and tried to flung her handbag into the residence instead in an effort to thwart them.

However, she failed and was pushed by both assailants who snatched the handbag before escaping in their vehicle. It is unclear whether the police have since taken action against the suspects.

The video posted by the Facebook group Hare Hare Planta Devaki on Friday, has been shared over 500 times.
