Yes, Harimau Malaya lost again, and yes the national football team will not be taking part in the 2019 Asian Games.

However the Ultras Malaya, apparent die-hard fans of the national football resorted to chanting 'FAM Bang***' during the 2-0 loss to Hong Kong.

Yes, we can criticise the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) for the latest setback among many setbacks this year but it is only regressive instead of progressive.

Approaching anything in this country, may it be sports or politics and economy, we often must pinch ourselves and remind us that moderation is the way forward.

FAM president Johor crown prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim needs time, the new coach Nelo Vingada needs time. Fans need to take a break and chill please. Sports pundits, give it a break. It can't be a weekly Harimau Malaya/FAM bashing.

I know five matches in charge and Vingada has yet to to win, four of which ended in defeats.

My question is what have we lost now that we haven't lost for quite sometime ? At this point despite going through low after low, fall after fall, we have nothing to lose except our pride and spirit.

Channel them positively, instead of going on a rant. We are the underdogs now. Any victory and rise after this is surely one step to another great sporting story ever told.

My advice just be patient. Miracles do happen and dreams do come true.....
